We went to Graham's birthday back in Septebmer, it was a blast. Lots of fun things to do as you can see the kids played inside with all Graham's toys, played outside in all kinds of fun water games. We are so lucky to have such wonderful friends as the Neipling's. Caroline and Graham have been buds since birth pretty much. Happy 3rd Birthday to Graham!!

This will be the most out of date blog book to print to date!! I am just now looking at all the catching up I have to do. It goes all the way back to September, craziness. So, hopefully my March, I will be up to date to finish out 2011. Well, as most you know we are no longer living in Arkansas, we are officially in the Sunshine State of Florida. Trust me I have lots of reasons as to why the poor blog has been neglected, but the main one is moving a family of five close to 1,200 miles away and trying to get settled in a new place. It is not easy folks!! So, a lot has happened since my last post. The big move, Cohen has already turned ONE!! The kids are growing up so fast, it feels like a blur most days. I am going to do several posts tonight, but I am bound and determined to finish my closet. Last main project before our new house feels complete :) Saved the worst for last, trying to organize my closet. Happy New Year to everyone and we hope you will continue to keep up with the Kelly's through 2012 :)

Aunt Sarah came by to visit for a minute since she was working right down the hall.

Poor Cohen had several ear infections back to back. So, from previous experience I knew tubes would be the best route. Thankfully, Dr. Bauer got us in very fast and he did wonderful. I took him by myself so David could keep Caroline and Corbin at home. We had to be there at 5:45 am. Cohen did great and so far no more ear infections!!

Super big day for Corbin as we take his pacis to build-a-bear. Caroline had to hold the bag for a few minutes too!!

Corbin did so great giving up his paci. I actually put it off because he was so attached to them. He typically had six in his crib and then when he wasn't sleeping, he always had four or five in his hands and every where we went. I was so tired of trying to keep up with them. Plus, I could tell it wasn't doing anything for his speech or teeth. So, I just woke up that morning and said that is it. I was a little sad, but Corbin surprised me so much. He actually did much better than Caroline did. Corbin's sleep was not disrupted at all and he never really asked for it again. Cohen takes the same one and if he sees it, he puts it right in Cohen's mouth. Now, the funny thing is Caroline still sleeps with her "fry" bear, but Corbin will have nothing to do with "Paci Mack". It has been sitting in our playroom all alone since the day we brought him home. I have tried to see if Corbin will sleep with him, but no way :) Corbin is so funny!!

I can't believe Cohen is 7 months old, he is changing way too fast for mommy!! I really wish he would slow down.

Cohen's Schedule at 7 months old:

Yippee, he is finally sleeping through theh night, that is the most important thing!!!!!

He is taking 4 (6) ounce bottles and eating three meals a day and will usually take two jars or pouches at each feeding. He loves his puffs and yogurt melts.

Cohen is taking 2 (2-3) hrs naps per day, that is if brother and sister allow him.

He adores Caroline and Corbin and I can just see in his eyes he can't wait to chase them all through the house.

Sarah and Jason went to Baby Views to find out if I am having a neice or nephew....

Caroline's 3-year stats:

Weight: 31 pounds: 55%

Height: 38 inches: 75%

Corbin's 2-year stats:

Weight: 31 pounds: 85% (crazy Caroline and Corbin are the same weight)

Height: 36.5 inches: 95%

Head Circumference: 19.5 inches: 75%

Caroline and Corbin were very close in height but the exact weight at their 2 and 3-year old checkups.

I could write a novel describing Caroline and Corbin at this age, they both amaze David and I everyday!! They are so funny, but such hard work!!

I seriously don't even know where to start about what Caroline and Corbin are doing at 2 and 3.

Caroline is the most talkative 3 year old I have ever met. I know she is my daughter, so I completely expect that. But, there isn't a waking moment she isn't talking. She doesn't forget anything, she remembers everything David and I tell her or anyone else. Caroline is fully potty trained, but we do still sleep in pull-ups just in case. Caroline is going to Mother's Day Out three days a week from 9-2 and learning so much from numbers, colors, shapes, etc. Caroline's best friends at school are Greta Kate, Olivia, Adeline, Kate, and Addison. She talks about her friends nonstop. She is wearing mainly 4t clothes, but the waist is usually big and the pants are usually short, she is all legs. Caroline teaches both her brothers good and bad things all the time. Caroline and Corbin are so close, they are either best friends or worst enemies. It is nice they can entertain each other for a few minutes before I have to break up an argument. Caroline's favorite color is pink and some of her favorite shows are "The Backyardians", "Little Bear" and anything to do with Cinderella or a princess. She is so girly!! Some of Caroline's favorite foods have remained the same, she loves cottage chesse, guacamole, cheese, pizza, and hummus just to name a few. Since, she is in a big girl bed, she usually wakes up and comes to our bed around 7 am, sometimes she will go back to sleep and sometimes, she begs for David and I to get up. David is usually already at work, so it is me she is begging to get out of bed. Caroline has such a loving heart, for example, this morning when she came in my room to wake me up, she rubbed my arm and said "Baby, baby it is time to get up". She talks to me just the way I talk to her. She tells David and I many times a day she loves us to the "moon and stars". She loves to be a helper and help me do anything around the house. Caroline loves any art project, she loves to draw, glue and just make anything. She loves to read books and we always read some before nap (if I am lucky enough to get her to take a nap) and before bedtime. I love her more and more everyday and it is so bittersweet how fast she is growing up.

Corbin, wow is all I can say!! He is the sweetest little boy ever!! Corbin will play independently for hours. He is still a great eater. I just took him to get his teeth cleaned for the first time and he still has his two year molars to come in, so only four more teeth to go. We decided to take his paci away, and his speech is so much better. I will do a whole post on the paci ordeal. We took him to build-a-bear just like we did with Caroline, but he put his paci in a dog. Corbin loves to ride his red tricycle and be outside, he would live outside if he could. He loves Caroline and Cohen so much, but he is so rough with Cohen. Corbin is all boy, if there is a water puddle, he will jump in it. If he has a dirt pile, he will play in it until he has dirt up to his ears. Corbin is not fully potty trained, but we are slowly working on it. I just don't put a lot of pressure and let them take their time. We did that with Caroline and she was potty trained by 2.5. Corbin is a mommy's boy without a doubt, he wants me to rock him before bed every night. He doesn't fall asleep, but just cuddles with me. Corbin is still taking one 2-3 hour nap everyday and sleeping like a champ everynight. He sometimes sleeps in until 9 or 10 am. Corbin's favorite foods, wow, he pretty much loves everthing, but his favorite is pizza, yogurt, green beans, pretzels, and yogurt raisins. Corbin loves to push his trucks all around the house and outside and always wants to put his sunglasses on backwards. When he rides his tricycle he always likes to have his sippy cup and a snack on the back of it, so funny!! Corbin goes to Mother's Day Out also three days a week from 9-2 and some of his best friends are Wyatt, Walker, Emmy and Fiona. Corbin makes friends so easy, even Caroline's girlfriends love Corbin. He loves to rough house with David. Corbin is an amazing little boy and I am having so much fun watching him grow up.

Gulf Shores Beach Vacation August 2011~~~~~

Bye, bye Gulf Shores it was fun!!

David and I decided very last minute to take the kids to Gulf Shores, Alabama for a little vacation. We got a great deal right on the water with a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. It was a perfect setup for our family. David and I had our private master bedroom with a bath. Cohen had his own room, which was a big deal because he was still in our room at home. He slept through the night for the first time on vacation in his Phil and Ted's travel bed. We had a wonderful time and made many memories. I would not say it was a vacation for David and I since the kiddos went nonstop. But, they had fun and that is all that matters. I would say the biggest challenge we faced was Cohen's nap schedule, he would not sleep for anything down in the the tent cabana we made for him. So, David and I took shifts staying in the condo while Cohen took naps, which wasn't fun since we could look off the balcony and see everyone below having fun :) We decided to drive all night on the way there and on the way back, it was ideal because the kids slept almost the whole time. David and I were walking zombies, but we are so used too little sleep, it only phased us for a day or so. We ate at the condo some and went out to dinner too!! As all of our close friends and family know our kids are on a very structured scheduled and that is just impossible on vacation and especially when it was just David and I with no extra set of hands. So, I think the kids did great and we look forward to our next Kelly adventure!!!

David and I took Corbin on his actual birthday July 23rd to a little restaurant called All Aboard. It was very neat, a little train delivers your food and the kids thought it was so funny!! Here are some pictures before we left the house and some during dinner. Caroline has really gotten in to taking pictures, so I will go through the ones that she has taken :) Happy 2nd Birthday Corbin, you have changed so much in the last year and are one of the funniest little boys around!!

Caroline and Corbin had their birthday party at The Little Gym!! It was so much fun :) Caroline kept telling me she wanted a girls only party, but I somehow managed to talk her into sharing her birthday party with Corbin. I am pretty sure this will be the last year they have one together. Thanks to my mom for all the help she gave me in preparing for this party. Loves to eat solids, but very spoiled to Ella's Kitchen Organic food because it mixes fruits and vegetables.

No teeth as of yet.

Sitting up alone, scooting but not crawling yet.

Cohen, you are by far the hardest baby to change your diaper, you flip flop all around. Thank goodness for the new Huggies Pull-up diapers :)

Birthday dinner for me at 1620, yes I was officially 32 on August 1st :)

As all busy parents, date nights are so hard to squeeze in from time to time. But, it honestly saves my sanity to get away for a few hours or even over night because sometimes the demands of being a mommy just completely overwhelms me. I know you all you busy moms can relate. So, in the month of July David and I had a date night downtown and then one night away at Embassy Suites. Of course, the kids went to town with the permanent markers on the walls while we were gone, so we always come home to some chaos :)

David and I were so happy to get a night out with no babies. So, we started the night out at Outback and then went to Lucky's to meet up with our friend Jeff to celebrate his birthday :)

Corbin was about to fall asleep right as we got on the boat.

I took all three kids ALONE on a Friday morning and we spent the night with Aunt Sarah and Uncle Jason in their camper and headed home Saturday. It was a very fun but challenging trip. The kids had a blast on the water, but the sleeping in the camper was a different story. I think I got maybe a hour of sleep that night. Corbin kept falling off the bed and saying "home" in his sleep, a little freaky if you ask me. Cohen was waking every 30 minutes to a hour and Caroline did not fall asleep until way after midnight. But, overall, we survived and it was a blast!! Great memories!!

Papa and Nana came to visit us in June :)

Papa and Nana came to stay with us for a few days during Father's Day weekend!! It was so much fun spending time with them. The kids loved all the extra spoiling and I loved have some extra set of hands around to help :) We had some wonderful grilled dinners thanks to David and Ken. Since, we are at max capacity in our house Joyce and Ken stayed right down the street at the new Hampton Inn hotel and we pass by there daily and Caroline and Corbin never go without saying "Hotel, pool, play with Papa and Nana". So funny!! Caroline and Corbin want to thank Nana and Papa for their birthday presents they bought while they were here :) Wish you guys could of stayed longer, but it was wonderful having you here!!!

My good friend Bern over at (HeltonTexas) sent my three babies the most adorable shirts ever!! So, of course I had to do a photo shoot. I couldn't get enough of all the different expressions, etc ;) Enjoy the pics because I think they are so funny!! Thanks Bern for always knowing just what we need :) Friends like you are very few and far between in this world. We love HeltonTexas!!!

Can't believe Cohen is already 5 months old.

Schedule:

Takes 3-4 (6 oz) bottles daily.

Loves baby food, but very partial to Ella's Kitchen Organic because the fruits and vegetables are combined. Cohen's reflux is still pretty bad, but hopefully in the next few months it will get better. Cohen usually takes 2 long naps per day, but some days it is just whenever he can squeeze one in, since we are on the go with the other two.

This is my BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!! My sister is expecting a precious little boy on February 3rd!! I get goose bumps everytime I think about being an Aunt!!! I can't wait to meet my sweet nephew, he is going to be such a blessing to our family!! We have been waiting for this great news for sometime and we are so happy for Jason and Sarah!! This little boy is going to have the best parents in the world!! I know my three kiddos can't wait to have their first cousin. Jason and Sarah have a name, but haven't officially announced it yet, but I will as soon as they fully decide :) Sarah has been feeling great except for a little tired and a couple rounds of morning and evening sickness!! Everyone please pray for a healthy pregnancy and a gorgeous baby boy Kordsmeier coming this Winter!!!!
